Advisory Board

For forty years, the Mid-Maine Regional Adult Community Education (MMRACE) Advisory Board has played a crucial role in supporting the educational needs of our service area. Established on July 23, 1984, the board collaborates with the Director of Adult Education to ensure MMRACE provides affordable, high-quality continuing education for adults in the region. Comprising educators, residents, and school district representatives, the board offers valuable insights and recommendations, aiding the Director in program development and decision-making.
The MMRACE Advisory Board's dedication and contributions have made it a vital resource for adult learners. The Director of Adult Education, serving as the Chairperson, leads the board in regular meetings and collaborative efforts to maintain and enhance the program, ensuring it continues to be a beacon of lifelong learning for Mid-Maine.
